1, The main collocation of wide mouth heating machine:

1).Driving system adopts frequency transformer, which transforms frequency and regulates speed. The whole machine works evenly with low noise. The whole machine has strong durability and easy to be regulated. 

2). Temperature Control System adopts Infrared iodine-tungsten tube, BKC digital intelligent pressure-regulator, Semikron module and Omron Temperature controller, which reflects fast, accurately and steadily.

3) The screw thread cooling system prevents the neck from deformation, which can be regulated easily and conveniently.

Used with wide mouth rotary infrared heater to produce wide mouth bottles such as the bottles for sweet, candy etc.
